Nancy Silloco, Premise, Inc President, has more than 40 years of experience in market research. Her wide range of knowledge and experience in this field have honed her strategic, financial and operational leadership capabilities which are key factors in the success of the company.
Nancy, studied Mass Communications at Pamantasan ng Maynila (PLM ) afterwhich began her career in the field of research in 1976. She started as an Executive Interviewer then rose to Field Coordinator in 1980 in one of the leading and most sought-after market research organizations in the Philippines. Subsequently, she worked as a Field Supervisor in other equally prestigious research outfits.
In 1990, she founded her own research company then named Nu Sigma Research . In 1994, she served as the Vice President for Operations and Corporate Secretary of Market Indicators (MIND) of which she was a co-investor.
In 1997, she became the President of her research company which was then renamed Philippine Research and Market Information Services Company (PREMISE, Inc) . The foregoing change in the name signaled a more extensive market research services that her company offered catering to both healthcare and consumer industries.
Nancy is actively participating in market research organizations. She is the President of the Association of Market Operations Specialist (AMOS) and is a member of the Marketing & Opinion Research Society of the Philippines (MORES)

Michelle Miranda
VP OPERATIONS - HEALTHCARE DIVISION
Michelle is a seasoned Field Researcher with more than thirty years of experience in operations. She started her career in research even while she was still in PSBA taking the Business Administration course. Her academic training has significantly helped her in honing her business management skills which is highly important, being one of the shareholders of PREMISE, Inc.
Currently, Michelle holds the position of VP Operations for the Healthcare Division. She rose from the ranks. In 1991, she worked extensively on consumer projects as Executive Interviewer in Nu Sigma Research and other leading market research organizations. After this she joined PREMISE as a Field Manager where she eventually became one of the shareholders. Her expertise in managing doctor-based projects was well recognized, thus, she was assigned to handle the biggest and most complex studies of the pharma industry awarded to PREMISE. With her expertise in conversing with doctors, patients and allied professions, she is able provide unique depth of information about them thus exploring attitudes, motivations and thoughts of respondents extensively. In her current role, she oversees all healthcare projects and mentors field researchers which enables PREMISE to specialize in this field.
Edgar Braganza

Edgar is one of the pioneers of PREMISE. He joined the company since its early beginnings as Nu Sigma Research in 1992 and he grew with PREMISE as it transformed to be one of the leading research agencies specializing in data collection.
Recognizing Edgar’s excellent contributions and loyalty to PREMISE, he was assigned to several challenging positions catering to both consumer and pharmaceutical research studies.
Edgar started as an ordinary field researcher but was later on trained to handle highly specialized MD respondents. His commitment and exemplary performance earned for himself higher posts from Project Assistant, Field Supervisor, Senior Field Supervisor, Project Manager and now Senior Field Manager with the Healthcare Division. With more than 20 years of experience in data collection, Edgar has managed all types of research studies.

Alvin Odtohan
FIELD MANAGER - CONSUMER DIVISION
Alvin has over 20 years of experience in market research with field operations management as his expertise. He has successfully hurdled the different challenges in data collection which enabled him to rise from the ranks to the position of Field Operations Manager.
He started in 1997 as a field interviewer then eventually moved to higher levels of Team Leader, Field Coordinator , Quality Control Coordinator then Field Supervisor in various Research and Management Consulting Firms.
In 2013, Alvin joined PREMISE as Operations Manager. He handled numerous types of consumer studies. As an expert field researcher, he easily employed different methods in data gathering whether it be PAPI, CAWI, CAPI or CATI.

Rolly Tupa

Rolly is highly experienced in IT systems and processes with more than 20 years of experience in data processing . Prior to working with PREMISE, he held various roles in leading market research organizations where he rose from the ranks starting from Computer Technician and Data Encoder to Quality Control Supervisor, Project Supervisor until he acquired the position of IT Manager.
Rolly is now a full-time Consultant of PREMISE, tasked to oversee the data processing operations of the company. He also develops programs required for different projects. He ensures that systems efficiency is maintained in accordance with evolving company needs and technological improvements.
Rolly keeps abreast of the latest developments in information technology that offer new solutions to problems and needs of clients.
